3. Services

MyMuseums publishes independent museum reviews, visitor guides, cultural itineraries, and digital audio guide products for museums in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.

4. Eligibility

Users must be at least 16 years old.

5. Intellectual Property

All content — text, images, logos, audio — is owned by MyMuseums FZ-LLC or its licensors, protected under UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights.

6. Digital Products

6.1 Audio Guides

Delivered electronically. All sales final upon download. Refunds available within 14 days only if the product has not been accessed.

6.2 License

Non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal use only.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the site for unlawful purposes
• Scraping or reproducing content without authorization
• Interfering with site functionality or security
• Submitting false or deceptive information

8. Editorial Independence

MyMuseums maintains complete editorial independence. Reviews are not influenced by museums, government bodies, or commercial partners.

9. Disclaimer

Information is provided "as is." Museum hours, prices, and accessibility may change without notice.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, MyMuseums is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Dubai.
